Psychotherapy 1:1
By reconnecting, reclaiming your true essence, you remember that you are a whole, creative, and unbroken being,
with both an earthly and spiritual nature.
Psychotherapy Session
Psychotherapy 1:1 sessions can be taken on their own or incorporated in a therapeutic bundle with a movement and/or writing practice.
Exploration of your dreams will always be included within the therapy sessions, but you may also wish to have a group experience
and join a monthly ‘Explore Your Dreams’ group too.
During our work together we will pay attention to physical sensations and how they relate to emotional and mental states.
This body-mind awareness helps ground us and deepen our understanding of patterns and triggers.
By listening to the signals your body sends, you will develop a more compassionate and nurturing relationship with your body’s needs,
enhancing your overall sense of well-being.
What happens next?
The initial contact can be made via phone, or email to decide a mutually agreed date and time for an introductory free 20-minute call.
Should you decide to engage in this therapeutic relationship, a contract will be sent to you, and an agreed date and time will be confirmed.
Sessions can be conducted face to face, online via zoom or by telephone.
During the first session, and within a safe environment, you will be asked about the presenting issue you wish to explore,
and what you hope to achieve from being in therapy.
A good therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client is essential for the therapy to be of benefit.
Should you decide to follow this path, I wish to congratulate you on taking this step towards healing and growth – remembering, reconnecting and recovering your true essence.

Testimonials

“I just had to let you know of the changes that have come to pass – especially as you were privy to my fears and horrors over those two years I saw you. ……I’d just like to thank you again for your great skills of listening and understanding”

“I feel very priviledged to have had so much support from you and very very lucky. I know you have helped me to be more of who I am and shown me some tools to help me find more.
I would like to thank you with all my heart for all you have been to me and all the help you have given me”

“You have been to me a very loving unconditional support over the last (near) decade……… this space that you and I have created is where, quite a lot of the time, I have allowed myself, and been allowed to be myself and for none of that time have I ever felt it wasn’t okay.”
