‘Remember, Reconnect, Reclaim’

Renewal

Restore | Repair | Regenerate | Re-birth

Life’s challenges and experiences, sometimes causing psychological, physical and spiritual trauma, can separate us from our innate authenticity and lead us to forget our intrinsic essence, and the perfect state of being we were at birth. This separation can result in our becoming overly reliant on external validation, thereby losing touch with our inner wisdom and connection to the universal source, to the Tao. The practices and services offered here, aim to guide you back to your true nature, and help you rediscover your unique path and connection with your inner knowing.

“…and I said to my body softly, “I want to be your friend” It took a long breath and replied “I have been waiting my whole life for this”.
Nayyirah Waheed. Poet and Author

Renewal in Qigong

Primordial (Hun Yuan) Qigong is a system of twelve meditative exercises, generally attributed to the famous Daoist priest Hu Yaozhen (1879-1973) and his disciple, Chen Style Taiji Quan Master Feng Zhiqiang.

HUN YUAN: Hun is equivalent to inner silence, and Yuan means origin. By cultivating inner silence, we can rediscover our original state of being free from the burdens of everyday life and we are consequently re-born.

Qigong seeks to cleanse the body, ‘emptying’ the stagnant qi, releasing toxins and blockages, and then replenishes the vital force, guiding us back to a state of natural harmony. This state is sometimes described as returning to the state of Pu, it is described by Lau as “the uncarved block of wood in a state as yet untouched by the artificial interference of human ingenuity.”

“Man has no body distinct from his soul, for body that portion of soul discerned by the five senses.” William Blake
